Refund Policy:


No refunds will be issued for missed sessions. Whenever possible, we will reschedule missed sessions.


  • All refund requests must be sent by email to info@slhsoccer.com.

  • If the Club is unable to form a team in a given category, registration fees will be refunded in full.

  • The $30 administration fee is non-refundable.

  • Affiliation fees are non-refundable once the season has started.

  • Spordle platform fees are never refundable.


Academy, CDC Development, and Teen League :


  • Refund requests received before May 1, 2026 will be granted, minus the administration fee.

  • Refund requests received after May 1, 2026 and before June 1, 2026 will be granted at 50%, minus the administration fee.

  • No refund requests will be accepted after June 1, 2026.


CDC Excellence and Competitive U13–21:


  • Refund requests received before April 15, 2026 will be granted, minus the administration fee.

  • Refund requests received after April 15, 2026 and before May 15, 2026 will be granted at 50%, minus the administration fee.

  • No refund requests will be accepted after May 15, 2026.


LDP and Semi-Pro League:


  • No refunds. Please refer to the player contract.


Injury refunds or exceptional cases:


  • Any refund request due to injury must include a valid doctor’s note stating that the player is unable to participate in the program, including the dates during which the player cannot take part in sport.

  • Any refund request for an exceptional case will be reviewed by the CSSLH. Supporting documentation may be required. It is at the club’s discretion to determine whether a case qualifies as exceptional.


* Please note that processing any refund request may take up to 6 weeks.


The club is not responsible for any money paid directly to a team, coach, or official and will not be required to issue such a refund.
