To provide players and coaches with a clear, structured development pathway grounded in excellence, inclusion, and long-term growth. We’re committed to developing local talent, supporting coach education, and building competitive teams that reflect our values on the field and in the community. Our goal is to help individuals thrive through soccer, while strengthening the sport at the heart of our community.
THE CLUB
FOUNDED IN 2001, THE ST-LAZARE HUDSON SOCCER CLUB IS A MEMBER OF THE LAC ST-LOUIS REGIONAL SOCCER ASSOCIATION.
The St. Lazare Hudson Hawks is a soccer club renowned for its ambitious vision, on-field excellence, and community involvement. Holding a Canada Soccer Provincial License and named Club of the Year by Soccer Québec in 2022, the club offers a comprehensive development model based on the Long-Term Player Development (LTPD) framework.
Our services cover all levels of play:
Development & Recreation (CDC, Future Hawks): initiation, fun, and play.
Elite Program: LDP, HHPP, movement program, reserve team, and men's semi-professional team.
Inclusive Initiatives: Mighty Hawks for youth with special needs, and extracurricular activities in partnership with local schools.
Beyond the field, the club is supported by a dedicated administrative team that manages daily operations, event organization, communications, marketing, partnerships, and long-term strategic growth. We organize seasonal tournaments, training workshops for coaches, showcases for players and several community events.

To be a club recognized for providing quality programming across all age groups and playing levels and for consistently developing highly skillful and intelligent players capable of competing at the highest level of the game and in life.

Our mission is to provide a safe, fun, and positive learning environment. We strive to offer training at every level so all of our players can reach their full potential. We place equal importance on all of our teams and programs, because we understand that player development is an ongoing process, regardless of level.

The club is committed to pursuing excellence through continuous improvement in everything we do, as players, as coaches, and as an organization. We strive to provide our players with the best possible soccer experience and the best possible training environment. Soccer is used to instill in all of our members ambition, leadership, teamwork, respect, and a strong sense of community, along with the drive to excel. Our players will learn how to handle both success and setbacks in competition, and to demonstrate true sportsmanship in both victory and defeat.
